Q: Are we required to sign a contract?
A: No, we want you to remain a customer not because you have to, but rather because you want to. We also understand that circumstances may change in our customer's personal situations that may prevent them from continuing services.
Q: Will it be the same person cleaning my home?
A: The answer is yes and no. That depends on current employee availability or in case of illness, or any other unforeseen life event, a substitute cleaner will be provided. Having the same cleaner is the best option as they become familiar with your home and any special requests that you may have. Should a substitute cleaner be required, a detailed portfolio is set up for each and every customer, allowing us to address unique requests and be consistent with your service.
Q: Do we need to provide any equipment or cleaning supplies?
A: No, we come prepared to completely clean your home or commercial establishment. We bring everything needed to do all the cleaning.
Q: Do we need to be home?
A: No, most of our clients may be at work during the day or are away while their homes are being cleaned. We make prior arrangements to obtain a key from you. All keys are stored at our Head Office when not in use, and are immediately returned upon customer request.
Q: What if I am not happy with the Service?
A: We Guarantee 100% satisfaction with our work. Should you not be happy with your service, please call us within 24 hours of the visit and we will send the same cleaner back; accompanied by a supervisor, to ensure we get it right.
Q: Are the cleaners you use safe around pets & children?
A: Yes, we use Eco-friendly products and all of our products standards (WHIMIS).
Q: What if something gets damaged during my service?
A: We do our best not to damage anything; however accidents may happen, Be assured that we are fully insured and responsible for the repair or replacement of the damage .
